Job Summary: As a Data and Analytics Development Lead in our Card and Commerce Product Reporting team, you lead the strategy and day‑to‑day delivery of interactive dashboards and analytics that guide planning and execution. You build and maintain high‑performing data sets, uncover patterns and opportunities through analysis, and translate results into clear recommendations. You partner closely with product, technology, design, and data teams to prioritize the reporting roadmap and improve how we measure and communicate progress. Your work helps us improve transparency, consistency, and the overall delivery experience.
