Döhler GmbH, a global producer and provider of natural ingredients and integrated solutions, seeks a Product Manager to lead the North America Dry Systems portfolio across food, beverage, dietary supplement, and functional nutrition markets.

Ideal candidates blend market insight with technical formulation experience in dry and powder-based products, driving portfolio growth, profitability, and successful commercialization through collaboration with sales, production partners, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in product management, business development, technical sales, applications, or related field.
• Technical experience with dry products, powder formulations, dry blending, premixes, or powder-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, dietary supplement, hydration, sports nutrition, and functional nutrition markets.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities and market trends into customer solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Döhler’s North America Dry Systems portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including master data, pricing, documentation, product availability, performance, and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, portfolio gaps, and new business opportunities.
• Partner with sales to support customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with strategic production partners to ensure sufficient capacity, consistent product quality, and the successful commercialization of dry-system products.
• Provide support to applications teams on customer projects involving dry blends, premixes, and functional ingredient systems.
• Work with marketing to develop product collateral, presentations, training materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Establish and manage revenue and profitability objectives for the assigned portfolio.

Job Description

Döhler is seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth and development of our North America Dry Systems portfolio across the food, beverage, dietary supplement, and functional nutrition markets. This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with technical experience in dry and powder-based products, including powdered hydration and electrolyte mixes, sports nutrition, functional beverages, and dietary supplements. The successful candidate will combine market insight, formulation knowledge, and customer understanding to drive portfolio growth, innovation, and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Döhler’s North America Dry Systems portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including master data, pricing, documentation, product availability, performance, and profitability.

Compensation- $130k-$150k
