Formación

• BS/BA required; engineering degree preferred; MBA or relevant certifications desirable.
• Must have 4+ years in a related product management role.
• Experience in an injection-molding environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product strategy and development roadmap.
• Lead and manage the Product Engineering Team.
• Establish baseline internal production costs.
• Define optimal product mix with Marketing Manager.
• Lead SKU rationalization through periodic portfolio reviews.
• Assess competitive challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Deliver product cost reduction opportunities.
• Support Marketing with competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to scope and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, service and operations to refine policies.
• Create and maintain by-SKU Phase-In/Phase-Out plans.
