As a Product Portfolio Analyst at Enstall US, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our robust product portfolio of solar panel mounting solutions for rooftops and various surfaces.

What You\'ll Do

The Product Portfolio Analyst is an experienced professional who is an exceptional communicator and skilled negotiator. Must have experience in product management in manufacturing (hardware) environments.

The Product Portfolio Analyst aids in strategically aligning, prioritizing, and optimizing the product portfolio for Enstall US. This hardline product portfolio comprises of mounting solutions that secure solar panels to rooftops and other surfaces.

In this role, you\'ll report into the Director of Portfolio and collaborate with Enstall leadership to define and drive US regional product portfolio and lifecycle strategies and opportunities.

  • Strategic Portfolio Optimization: Strategically align, prioritize, and enhance the Enstall US product portfolio, employing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage data and product analytics to assess the performance of the existing product line, identify areas for enhancement, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Market Insight: Exhibit strong analytical skills by interpreting sales and market data, delivering conclusive findings, and presenting insights effectively.
  • Lifecycle Management: Engage in comprehensive lifecycle analysis, encompassing the full product journey from concept inception to end-of-life management.
  • Roadmap Development: Contribute to the development of product and technology roadmaps, collaborating closely with Product Development & Innovation teams and Business Unit Product Managers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with various departments, including BU Product Managers, New Product Development Teams, Business Analytics, Finance, and more to inform portfolio analysis.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify, scope, and project manage cost optimization strategies for the regional portfolio, ensuring the highest operational efficiency.
  • Data Management: Research, analyze, maintain, modify, validate, and prepare data for informed decision-making and the creation of essential business documents.
  • Portfolio Review: Regularly evaluate the product portfolio from financial, competitive, quality, and customer satisfaction perspectives, driving improvements where necessary.
  • Process Development: Support the development and enhancement of processes and procedures related to portfolio activities.
  • Business Intelligence: Collaborate with the business analytics group to interpret data output and inform strategic business decisions.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Educational Background: Possess a college degree in a business, technical, or quantitative field, with a Master\'s degree considered a valuable asset.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in product management within a dynamic manufacturing and product development (hardware) environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Previous involvement in the building, solar, or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable.
  • Product Management Expertise: Showcase proficiency in product management skills, encompassing roadmap development, planning, cost-benefit analysis, resourcing, lifecycle analysis, and risk management.
  • Collaborative Skills: Exhibit a proven ability to build strong working relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication Prowess: Possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively share ideas and information across various audiences to facilitate sound business decisions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 20% (predominately domestic with the possibility for occasional international business trips)

Where You\'ll Be Located

This position can be based remotely; however, preference will be given to candidates located near our office locations in North Andover, MA, Phoenix, AZ or Hayward, CA.

What We\'ll Offer We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual\'s relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, if located in the Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you\'ll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
