Job summary

Baseten is hiring software engineers for its Product Platform organization. You will own customer-facing features end to end, design and ship solutions, and iterate with customers in production.

You’ll work closely with product and design as a peer to build enterprise-grade tooling on top of Baseten's inference platform. The role spans commercialization, developer productivity, and enterprise controls, with opportunities to impact how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten across billing,

Qualifications

• Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to ship features.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from problem shaping to launch and iteration.
• Build scalable platforms and systems that perform well in production.
• Deliver in phased releases with customer validation and iterative improvements.
• Prioritize conflicting requests based on impact and business value.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop and improve how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten across billing and partnerships.
