In this position...

The selected candidate will join the Lincoln Vehicle Planning & Strategy team. Candidates will have extensive interaction with cross-functional and regional (BU) management teams to lead programs through the Pre milestone approval process. Candidates should be self-starters who are willing to work diligently in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.

This is a hybrid opportunity and the team is normally onsite 3 days/ week in Dearborn, MI.
