The Manager, Product Planning supports Ralph Lauren's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model by driving product planning activities across assigned Brands and Categories within the IBP Control Tower. This role partners closely with Brand Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and Analytics teams to translate merchandising strategies into actionable planning insights and enterprise decision-making. Through structured planning routines, analytics, and executive-ready materials, this role helps improve assortment productivity, product performance, and cross-functional alignment throughout the seasonal planning lifecycle.
Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually,
