Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and identify partnership opportunities to accelerate success and market readiness for new vertical-specific ad formats.
  • Source and develop strategic partnerships aligned with monetization strategies and advertiser needs.
  • Manage partnership operations from initial contact through integration and long-term growth planning.
  • Lead complex integration projects, ensuring mutual value realization.
  • Expand and refine existing solutions to meet evolving business and creator needs on TikTok.
  • Represent TikTok professionally and ethically in external meetings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate on product development with ad tech platforms, aligning with TikTok's challenges and goals.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, co-marketing, and activations, improving value propositions and sales materials.
  • Foster relationships to promote TikTok sales narratives and best practices.
  • Engage in partnerships focused on optimizing creative outputs and technological solutions.
  • Facilitate performance-focused partnerships, emphasizing lower-funnel optimization and new feature activation.

Qualifications
