Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York seeks a Product and Packaging Designer to lead concepts from ideation to final production, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across touchpoints.

You'll collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to develop home textiles, housewares, health & beauty products, and packaging, delivering compelling visuals and accurate specs for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; photography a plus.
• Experience designing for Home Textiles, Housewares or Health and Beauty products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of products from concept through execution.
• Packaging design and structural engineering.
• Marketing Materials (Sell Sheets, Catalogs, and more!).
• Support brand marketing through design-focused storytelling.
• Prepare visual merchandising presentations and mockups.
• Conduct market and trend research to inform design direction.

Our client, a leading consumer goods company with a portfolio of well-known licensed brands, is seeking a Product and Packaging Designer! Their product assortment spans categories including kitchen textiles, housewares, health & beauty, baby, and pet, and can be found in major retailers across the U.S. and internationally.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving product and packaging concepts from initial ideation through to final production—ensuring a consistent creative vision across every touchpoint. You'll collaborate across departments to help bring best-in-class consumer products to market.
