MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Product Packager who is a problem-solver and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Product Packager in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for packing a variety of products.

What will you do in this role?

  • Perform product packaging tasks, which are unique to specific jobs, as assigned.

  • Strip waste from die cutting operations, inspect die cut pieces for quality, pack and arrange for shipment as required.

  • Make labels and boxes.

  • Order and organize product packaging supplies.

  • Perform quality checks in full compliance with all requirements of the quality system.

  • Available - Willingness to work overtime when the workload makes it necessary, cover shifts for vacationing or otherwise absent coworkers, demonstrate flexibility in hours worked.

  • Compliant - Willingness to act in full compliance with all applicable company policies, work rules, safety rules, and all applicable procedures and work instructions of the quality system.

Preferred Requirements

The physical requirements and work environment:

Work exclusively in the production area, with light and heavy equipment where you stand and walk during your entire shift. Bending and reaching as needed. Exposed to elevated noise levels throughout work shift, hearing protection use is mandatory while in production area
