Nightwing is seeking a Product Owner to define the product vision and strategy, manage lifecycle from concept to launch, and maximize value from the dev team. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality software.

The role emphasizes agile practices, market research, and strong communication with stakeholders and teams across engineering, design, and QA.

Qualifications

• Must have 14 years of related experience.
• Must have 5 years' experience supporting the mission.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience can substitute for an Associate's degree.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years additional related work experience may substitute for a Master's degree.
• TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.

NIghtwing is seeking a Product Owner who will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
