Job summary

Ignite, based in Huntsville, AL, seeks an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS SW Development Team Product Owner to prioritize and validate development software for the TIS team within IFMC program office. Responsibilities include guiding the team on systems engineering concepts, prioritizing capabilities and defects for increments and sprints, and advising leadership on status and actions.

The role requires deep CID knowledge in DoD C2 environments, active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain),

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years combined Government/DoD experience.
• Strong CID understanding used in C2 systems including IFF, ADS-B, ATOs, and NCTR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• U.S. citizen; active Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms and guide the development team.
• Set priorities for capabilities and defects for each product increment and sprint.
• Provide technical briefings and advisement to leadership on status and recommended actions, risks, and impacts.
