Job summary
A staffing solutions provider is seeking a Product Owner to ensure that product capabilities align with business needs in Hanover, MD. The successful candidate will own the feature backlog, work closely with teams to define and deliver innovative solutions, and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. This role also supports the strategic direction of product development and collaboration across departments while being involved in testing and process design.
Responsibilities
- Gather and define business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support Business Process Owners in global process design and flows.
- Create features and user stories for product development.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill user stories and business needs.
- Engage in testing support by reviewing test plans and results.
