What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Clinical Care Management Projects
- Understand and discuss the Care Management application and its implications on clinical processes, policies, and procedures
- Configure healthcare software applications according to business needs
- Assess, interpret, and analyze customer needs and requirements
- Write and document business requirements in Epics/Features and User Stories

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner facilitating and documenting requirements
- 5+ years of problem-solving experience, including managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- 3+ years of healthcare work experience with Medicaid populations and Medicaid Care Management
- 2+ years of experience working with all phases of Agile, including Epic and User Story development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in IT
- 1+ years of Testing (UAT) experience
- Experience with Jira and GuidingCare
- Experience in the use and configuration of healthcare software applications
- Proven ability to work in a highly virtual and matrixed environment
