The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Product Owner / Scrum Master who will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a strategy for the adoption of agile project management across the organization. You will assist teams in project decomposition and user story creation, lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives), and track metrics for individual agile teams to provide insights and feedback on progress towards working in an agile framework.

This position is located at our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers. Northrop Grumman’s ATL semiconductor foundry supports a range of production microelectronic devices and provides leading-edge technology development.

The candidate must have experience working in an agile environment, excellent communication skills, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business.

This requisition may be filled as a Product Owner Scrum Master or Principal Product Owner Scrum Master.

Basic Qualifications for Product Owner Scrum Master:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience (0 years with Masters)

• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Advanced experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies

• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner

• Must be a US citizen

• Must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Basic Qualifications for Principal Product Owner Scrum Master:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience (3 years with a Masters, 0 with a PhD)

• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Advanced experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies

• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner

• Must be a US citizen

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in semiconductor foundry or related experience in process or other production.

Salary Range: $85,400 - $128,000

Salary Range 2: $105,400 - $158,000

Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
