Required Pay Scale: $75 - $78/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Project Details:

• This role works closely with senior business partners (Capital Markets COOs across products and regions, Central COOs, Syndicate desk, Execution Services and Sales) to understand their needs and Technology Development Team in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment.

Must Haves

• Experience in collaborating with C-Suite stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them on priorities.
• Experience creating features/epics in the program backlog; empowered to make decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work
• Skilled in refining stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints.
• 8+ years of experience of Capital Markets Deal Origination and Deal Pipeline, Equity, Debt and Loans Capital Markets/ New Issue/ Primary Markets (New Issue Bonds, IPOs, Follow Ons)
