Job summary

AngloGold Ashanti North America is seeking a Product Owner for SAP SuccessFactors to advance Performance, Goals, Compensation, and Global Mobility modules. You will align HR technology with People & Culture priorities while driving an enhanced employee experience and organizational performance.

Lead global HRIS configurations, governance, and agile delivery across regions, partnering with Global Process Owners and HR leadership to ensure compliance and seamless integration with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years as Product Owner or system leader in a complex environment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Performance and Goals, Compensation).
• Experience leading agile delivery teams and managing enterprise release cycles.
• Deep expertise in HRIS governance and data integrity processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a global HRIS product vision and roadmap.
• Lead agile development cycles delivering prioritized features for SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and HR leadership to ensure alignment with policy and regional needs.
• Govern system configurations, data integrity, and audit controls across environments.
• Drive user adoption with onboarding and training for HR stakeholders.
