Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including 2+ years as a Product Owner or system leader in a complex environment.
• Practical experience working alongside international business groups.
• Proven track record delivering global solutions and managing configuration within SAP SuccessFactors (specifically Performance and Compensation modules).
• Experience leading agile delivery teams, managing enterprise release cycles, and guiding cross-functional, global matrixed teams.
• Deep expertise in HRIS governance, data integrity processes, vendor partnerships, and system implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global HR system configurations, guaranteeing alignment with operating model governance and data accuracy standards.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to define and refine module-specific configuration requirements.
• Customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to address regional specifics and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain critical data fields, forms, and workflows ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy.
• Ensure configurations support audit-readiness and governance mandates.
