Job summary

Valeris, headquartered in Morrisville, NC, seeks a Product Owner for Salesforce API development teams. You will drive agile and scrum practices, capture and prioritize business and user needs, and manage the product backlog for a cross-functional team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs, write clear backlog stories, and help deliver industry-leading solutions that improve patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and API-driven product development.
• Strong grasp of Agile processes and offshore Agile teams experience.
• Excellent communication across the organization and stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Decisive, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Analytical thinker with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, reflecting priorities and business value.
• Write clear backlog stories and prioritize items to meet team objectives.
• Ensure the team delivers value efficiently.
• Provide clear and visible communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with owners, SMEs, and clients to write user stories and priorities.
• Refine stories with the team to explain what and why.
• Work with the scrum master and team to achieve sprint goals.
