Job summary

The World Bank Group in Washington, DC is seeking an ET Consultant - Product Owner to lead an agile team focused on financial reporting and analytics. You will own the product backlog, define a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT to translate requirements into deliverable user stories.

You will drive acceptance testing, monitor metrics, and use Power BI/Tableau to communicate insights, while ensuring high-quality, deployable increments and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant field with strong agile experience.
• Experience delivering financial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the team's backlog and sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to institutional priorities.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT to capture business needs.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure high-quality increments.
• Develop and present financial insights using Power BI or Tableau.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
