World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead the Opportunity-to-Quote process for our software recurring revenue offerings. You will bridge IT and business, shaping requirements for configuration, pricing, and quoting in CRM/CPQ ecosystems to enable faster, more accurate quotes.

You will own the backlog, partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance, and guide the team in delivering CPQ improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant Product Owner/PM experience.
• 2-5 years designing and implementing CRM/CPQ or O2Q solutions in SaaS.
• 2-5 years of recurring revenue product offerings and/or CPQ tooling.
• 2-5 years collaborating with Sales, Deal Desk, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering in iterative sprints.
• Strong verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Align O2Q roadmap with broader recurring revenue strategy.
• Gather and prioritize requirements for opportunity management, configuration, pricing, and quotes.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance CRM/CPQ functionality (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ).
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Incorporate feedback from Sales, Deal Desk, Finance into the process.
