What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain the product backlog and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Drive the strategy and execution of publisher monetization capabilities, including forecasting and inventory management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define cases and success criteria for new features
  • Act as a subject matter expert on publisher ad serving and identity resolution best practices
  • Monitor KPIs and product usage analytics to identify optimization opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven marketing solutions
  • Strong experience with campaign activation workflows and digital advertising for online publishers
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data programming languages
  • Familiarity with Email Service Providers and Google Ad Manager
  • Knowledge of header bidding technology and integrations
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry across payer, provider, and pharma sectors
