What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee Public Safety Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Software integrations from start to finish
2. Define features and requirements necessary for delivering a complete product to market
3. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams during release planning and development
4. Maintain and prioritize the backlog for assigned Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
5. Create customer-facing documentation and participate in agile ceremonies

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
2. Agile/Scrum experience and understanding of software design principles
3. Technical knowledge of software development methodologies and tools like Aha!, Jira, and DevOps
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written
5. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety is a plus
2. Familiarity with Motorola Solutions' PremierOne and/or Flex Suite(s)
3. Strong ability to distill complex user requirements for various stakeholders
