• Du kennst Dich mit agilen Projektmethoden, idealerweise Scrum und Kanban, auch in einer Scaled-Variante aus und bringst hierfür das entsprechende Mindset und Zertifikate mit.
• Du bist es gewohnt, in einem Umfeld mit mehr als einem Agile Release Train zu arbeiten und mit einem Setup von > 200 Entwicklern umzugehen.
• Schnelle Veränderungen und technische Weiterentwicklungen reizen Dich.
• Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Dein logisches Denken sind stark ausgeprägt und Du hast Spaß an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch bilden die kommunikative Grundlage.
