Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Product Owner in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid basis for a long-term contract with a top Financial Services client. You will own the backlog, drive sprint execution, and partner with business stakeholders and engineering leadership to translate needs into actionable user stories.

The role requires strong Agile experience, enterprise banking knowledge, and proficiency with CRM platforms. Exposure to Power Platform tools will be valued in delivering automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments.
• Large enterprise banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking preferred).
• Experience with CRM platforms and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform‑based).
• Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment.
• Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
• large enterprise banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)

Hands-on Experience With

• Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to lending / credit workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
• Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems
