Job summary

Envion Software is seeking a Product/Program Manager for remote work (EU/Ukraine) to lead modernization efforts while keeping the platform running. The role focuses on audits of legacy systems, migration sequencing, and coordinating with architecture and engineering leads in a long-term, high-impact program.

You will own backlogs, balance business continuity with debt reduction and migration milestones, and define verifiable acceptance criteria.

• Experience owning backlogs for complex, multi-team technical programs.
• Understanding of legacy systems, integrations, and migration patterns.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and changing constraints.
