Raytheon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a team of Product Owners and deliver innovative products aligning with strategic goals. The role requires coordinating across departments and customers, driving product strategies, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have STEM education and 4+ years in product management within manufacturing or related environments, with strong Agile practices and stakeholder collaboration. Onsite role with domestic travel expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Product Manager. The candidate is responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Owners to deliver exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals. The Product Manager is expected to drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation ensuring effective collaboration across departments and our customers. This role will be a critical strategic liaison between the 3 manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess experience in seamlessly integrating solutions across various sites.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the department’s digital Product strategies and roadmaps driving common automated solutions, aligned to the CORE process matrix, maximizing affordability and speed to market across sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Define and implement Product management processes and methodologies.
• Liaison between stakeholders, customers and product owners.
• Establishes measurable goals for the product, tracks progress against these goals using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and makes data-informed adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Expect Domestic Travel 25% of the time.

• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
