Role Overview

As Lead-to-Cash Product Manager, you will develop the operational backbone supporting rapid growth, designing and optimizing revenue-driving systems from lead capture to invoicing. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, automated, and scalable processes, defining strategy from the ground up.

This role is open to candidates in New York City or remote in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

What You’ll Do

  • Define, build, and own the Lead-to-Cash processes, aligning with various departments.
  • Develop scalable product hierarchies and customer data models for quoting, order management, and billing.
  • Streamline workflows related to deals, contracts, and revenue recognition.
  • Implement and optimize CPQ, CRM, and billing systems, ensuring data flow between platforms.
  • Act as the business owner for L2C systems, aligning with GTM, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Automate and standardize pricing, discounts, approvals, and order fulfillment.
  • Establish data governance standards for reporting accuracy and tech debt reduction.
  • Create a roadmap for continuous process improvement, balancing scalability and flexibility.
  • Monitor workflow performance, identifying efficiency and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure L2C capabilities evolve with the business, supporting rapid iteration.

What You Have

  • 5+ years in building Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash processes in global companies.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, billing, and revenue workflows.
  • Experience with Product Hierarchy, Customer Master Data Management, and Order Management Systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Engineering, and RevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex process mapping and automation.
  • Experience leading process transformation in high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ASC 606, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills translating business needs to technical requirements.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CPQ, billing, or ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe).
  • Background in subscription billing, pricing optimization, or revenue operations.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud).
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup with evolving GTM strategies.

Compensation Range

$180,000 - $230,000 USD (based on location, experience, and market conditions).
