We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic SEO and Organic Product Owner to lead performance across our organic and owned channels. This role is ideal for someone who blends deep technical SEO expertise with a strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and product lifecycle management—and who is excited about leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency without compromising results.

You will drive B2B and B2C SEO strategy, improve the full-funnel consumer journey, and deliver monetization outcomes aligned to company growth goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and hands-on with the ability to execute technical SEO tasks independently, without dev support. Experience developing strategies for emerging AI-driven search engines such as OpenAI and Perplexity, or working with LLM.txt optimization, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEO initiatives to drive growth in rankings, organic traffic, and lead volume across B2B and B2C properties

  • Execute technical SEO updates (e.g., structured data, site speed, indexation) autonomously

  • Integrate AI-driven tools to automate audits, surface opportunities, and scale performance without manual overhead

  • Build strategies to capture organic visibility across traditional and AI-powered search engines (e.g., OpenAI, Perplexity, LLM-tuned bots)

  • Optimize performance of owned channels—including web, email, and referral traffic—focused on efficiency and ROI

  • Identify emerging platforms and opportunities to expand reach through non-paid sources

  • Implement A/B tests and conversion best practices to increase user engagement and lead conversion

  • Partner with design and product teams to build and iterate on high-performing consumer journeys

  • Translate organic performance goals into prioritized product requirements and development tickets

  • Drive execution across sprints, ensuring timely delivery of SEO and CRO initiatives

  • Track performance across revenue-generating organic channels

  • Use performance data to inform prioritization and investment decisions

  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure seamless navigation and conversion paths

  • Leverage behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Heap) to uncover friction and optimize user experience

  • Serve as the cross-functional leader for organic initiatives, working with marketing, dev, analytics, and executive teams

  • Clearly communicate strategy, priorities, and results across departments

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy, execution, and CRO, preferably across B2B and B2C environments

  • Track record of driving organic lead growth and engagement across multiple channels

  • Experience with AI-powered search optimization or experimentation with LLM.txt optimization preferred

  • Proficiency in SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as related to SEO

  • Ability to independently implement and troubleshoot technical SEO without developer support

  • Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Heap, or Hotjar to measure and improve UX

  • Experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Clearscope, Surfer SEO) to accelerate and scale SEO workflows

  • Curiosity and willingness to test emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve organic performance

  • Understanding of how generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models affect content visibility and search indexing

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and bias for action

  • Analytical and strategic thinker who’s hands-on with execution

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

  • Lifelong learner who actively seeks out new tools, trends, and best practices

  • Strong communicator, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
