The First Citizens Bank Enterprise Digital Solutions product management team is looking for a Product Owner III to support all lines of business including Commercial, Small Business and Consumer in delivering the vision and roadmap for our digital onboarding solutions. The vision involves transforming client lifecycle management into an effortless yet compliant digital onboarding experience that fuels new growth for the bank, deepens client trust and unlocks efficiency at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet client needs throughout the end-to-end client lifecycle and align with our enterprise strategy and objectives. This role will contribute to creating a centralized function that enables product capabilities and services that can be leveraged across an omni-channel experience, enabling seamless client interactions and a unified user experience.
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile
