Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Product Owner III in Lake Mary, FL to lead product strategy and delivery across multiple agile teams. You will partner with senior leadership to define vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while translating business needs into actionable goals.

You will oversee backlogs, write epics and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and operations, and mentor junior product owners.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in Agile product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Own large, complex products and translate strategy into goals and measurable outcomes.
• Lead backlogs across multiple Agile teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, and operations teams to align delivery.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to evaluate product performance.
• Lead governance and portfolio prioritization discussions.

What you can expect as a Product Owner III :

Strategic Product Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own and manage large, complex products or multiple feature areas with high business impact.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, influencing key decisions that shape product direction.

Advanced Backlog & Delivery Management

• Lead and oversee product backlogs across multiple Agile teams or product lines.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on business value.
• Ensure prioritization aligns with company objectives, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• Drive delivery excellence through iterative planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, architecture, data, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Engage stakeholders from across departments to gather insights, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure shared understanding of priorities.
• Serve as a mentor and coach for junior product owners and team members, promoting product best practices.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to evaluate product performance.
• Leverage data, market research, and customer insights to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Lead discovery sessions, usability testing, and data reviews to drive evidence-based improvements.

Governance & Leadership

• Lead strategic planning and roadmap sessions with senior business and technology leaders.
• Influence budgeting, resource planning, and portfolio prioritization decisions.
• Represent the product organization in executive updates and key stakeholder reviews.
• Champion Agile and Lean principles, ensuring continuous improvement across delivery processes.

What we are looking for as a Product Owner III :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in Agile product delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional, or enterprise-level products.
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects that achieve business results.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Jira, ADO, Confluence).
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to balance long‑term vision with short-term execution.
• Experience in enterprise environments or complex technical ecosystems (e.g., APIs, cloud, data platforms).
• Domain expertise in [insert domain—e.g., fintech, healthcare, SaaS, logistics, or enterprise software].
• Familiarity with advanced prioritization and outcome frameworks (OKRs, WSJF, RICE, etc.).
