Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software/product analysis and implementation.
- 2+ years delivering software under Agile frameworks.
- Banking/financial services industry experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree or related field preferred.
- Scrum/Product Owner certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own, prioritise, and maintain the Product Backlog with epics, stories, defects, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate to define Roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and release tied to roadmaps.
- Communicate backlog priorities and product status to internal stakeholders.
- Develop metrics to measure benefits, satisfaction, adoption, and risk.
