Apply Agile and product mindset to foster adaptability, learning, and user-centered thinking while empowering teams and improving delivery practices.

Connect product decisions to user workflows, outcomes, and business objectives, anticipating emerging needs and aligning initiatives with strategic goals.

Build business cases, maintain and prioritize the backlog, validate completed work, and lead release planning, solution definition, innovation efforts, and communication across stakeholders.

Identify complex insights from product metrics, develop new measures when needed, and use data to guide product direction.

Champion responsible, high‑value use of AI to enhance product management practices, improve analysis, and accelerate value delivery.

Promote innovation, identifying improvement opportunities and creative solutions that advance real‑time communication, shared awareness, logging accuracy, and readiness.

Experience/Qualifications we are looking for as our Product Owner II:

Proven experience shaping and driving product vision and roadmaps.

Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.

Working knowledge of software development concepts and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with user experience best practices and translating business needs into effective solutions.

Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in product management to improve productivity, analysis, and workflow.

Energy industry experience is a plus.

Preferred/nice to have (not required): Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager AND/OR PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner
