What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline; BSN or MSN preferred
- Minimum of seven years of related experience, preferably in healthcare technology
- Epic ClinDoc certification is required; Epic Stork and/or Optime certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Inpatient and HOD clinical areas is a plus
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
- Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders to resolve significant architecture issues
