Qualifications

• Experience with quality improvement programs and performance reporting (HEDIS and STAR).
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage regulations and HIPAA.
• Experience delivering healthcare SaaS/BPaaS and SaaS integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required.
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Experience with healthcare payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and assess technical feasibility of features.
• Document customer requirements and analyze information for development.
• Conduct market studies to define product requirements and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with design goals.
• Contribute to architecture design, scalability, and integration planning.
• Create prototypes and user experience concepts; translate needs into tasks.
• Draft SOPs, user guides, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.
