Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Владение партнерскими и реферальными программами в рамках продукта от концепции до запуска и масштабирования
• Определение видения продукта, основных механик и метрик успеха
• Построение и поддержка четкой, приоритетной дорожной карты
• Превращение бизнес-целей в понятные требования к продукту
• Тесное взаимодействие с инженерами для определения объема работ, критериев приемки и планов поставки
• Обеспечение высокого качества реализации и своевременной доставки
• Разработка моделей стимулов, структуры вознаграждений и логики рефералов
• Сотрудничество с командами маркетинга и роста по привлечению и активации пользователей
• Постоянное тестирование и оптимизация механизмов по данным
• Определение KPI и мониторинг эффективности программы
• Выявление и устранение рисков масштабирования, атрибуции и злоупотреблений
• Итеративное улучшение продукта по мере его глобального масштаба

As we scale global adoption of self-custody, we are building a full-scale Affiliate & Referral ecosystem for influencers, creators, partners, and users – and we are looking for a Product Owner to own this product end-to-end. This is a product role, not a partnership or account management role. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. You will design, build, and scale the affiliate and referral system as a growth product – from research and architecture to launch, iteration, and global scale.

• Own affiliate and referral programs as a product, from concept to launch and scale
• Define product vision, core mechanics, and success metrics
• Build and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap
• Translate business and growth goals into clear product requirements
• Work closely with engineers to define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
• Ensure high-quality implementation and on-time delivery
• Design incentive models, reward structures, and referral logic
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams on acquisition and activation flows
• Continuously test and optimize mechanics based on performance data
• Define KPIs and track program performance
• Identify and resolve scalability, attribution, and abuse risks
• Iterate and improve the product as it scales globally

Требования:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Hands-on experience with affiliate and/or referral programs
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Good understanding of growth funnels and incentive-based products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
