Job summary

OTR Solutions, LLC in Roswell, GA is seeking a hands-on Product Owner for Epay to own day-to-day delivery of the broker payments platform, translating business intent into testable work and keeping the backlog healthy.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, QA, Design, Operations, and stakeholders to ship improvements brokers rely on daily, participate in release planning, and drive backlog quality and acceptance criteria across the Epay platform.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on Agile software development, backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, requirements definition, and SDLC.
• Exceptional user story and acceptance criteria writing, including UI/UX support.
• Comfort reviewing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with strong UX understanding.
• Experience creating process models and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms such as Turvo, TAI, Revenova, or McLeod and load lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations; able to contribute to technical discussions with Engineering.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Epay product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, risk, and roadmap commitments.
• Ensure every refinement item is clearly defined, testable, and ready for implementation.
• Translate stakeholder intent and success criteria into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows and processes for audit, invoicing, payment, and billing scenarios.
• Partner with Design/UX to validate workflows and usability before development.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning with timely decisions.
• Coordinate with Tech Lead on scope, sequencing, dependencies, and technical constraints (TMS and API).
• Identify delivery risks early and drive to resolution.
• Own user acceptance testing and validate work against requirements before acceptance.
• Coordinate with QA for test coverage of UI and end-to-end workflows.
• Participate in release-readiness and go/no-go decisions; assist with release notes.
