Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for the Encoder solution to drive product strategy, own the backlog, and ensure value delivery to users, customers, and the business.

The role requires a strong ability to translate vision into actionable user stories and to collaborate with Product Strategy, Development, QA, and the General Manager. You will champion a product vision, engage with stakeholders and customers, and decide when to say no, ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience, with an understanding of Facility and Profee coding best practices.
• Ability to understand product business cases and functionality creation/adoption by clients.
• Experience communicating/presenting directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall vision in partnership with Product Strategy, Product Development, QA, and General Manager.
• Take the vision of the Product Strategy and translate the work into user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure it is stocked with clearly expressed items that help reach the product goal.
• Be a liaison between product and development, where needed – they help to explain and translate the how and why.
• Collect feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders on the product increments.
• Travel to client sites and/or conferences to lead and facilitate discussions around the product, roadmap, and collection of user feedback for progressive improvement.
