Location: Remote with 5–10% onsite (Mannheim - Germany & San Francisco - USA)

Hours: Full-time, some overlap with US hours

Candidate must be based in Europe or the United States, with willingness to travel 5-10% onsite to Mannheim (Germany) and San Francisco (USA).

Overview:

Brabers is looking for a technical Product Owner to lead the development of a Finance Lease solution integrating SAP S/4, Conga CPQ & CLM. This role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, driving cross-functional alignment between Commercial and Finance teams.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in technical environments
• Strong understanding of finance lease processes
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4 systems
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM
• Ability to gather business requirements and write clear, technical user stories
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
