Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Two years leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

• Leads digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
• Coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings; ensures messaging and customer outreach as needed.
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve production issues and supports rapid delivery.
• Leads planning, development and implementation of new digital products with detailed features and implementation plans.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve the user experience.
• Participates in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization.
