Position type: Permanent.

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote

As a Product Owner - Digital You Will

Certified Product Owner with 8+ years of experience working in consulting and services, collaborating with business, IT, and end users in optimizing web traffic and navigation through the web.

Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Creating a product road map based on the defined vision for the product
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements and business values
• Developing user stories based on epics and features, defining the acceptance criteria
• Participating in PI planning, scrum meetings, and other scrum/agile ceremonies
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Conduct and/or assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  
  

Required Skills.

• Working experience as a Product Owner to build the Search Engine Optimization strategy and roadmap
• either of Twilio chat or Salesforce Call Center service experience
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools, dashboarding and reporting
• In depth knowledge of agile methodology and well versed with agile and scrum ceremonies
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Ability to prioritize effectively based on business values
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work with large teams
• Understanding of design quality standards
• Working experience of managing JIRA, Kanban and other agile tools
• Product Owner certification

• Understanding of SEO frameworks and tools

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range *: $ 98,000 - $ 115,000 Per Annum

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
