You will partner with product, UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to create a cohesive framework for reusable components and scalable development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Experience with design systems, platform products, or reusable component libraries.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear product requirements and plans.
• Experience aligning multiple product teams and disciplines.
• Knowledge of reusable UI components and design patterns across web/mobile.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing products to identify opportunities for standardization.
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
• Define reusable UI components and shared capabilities across products.
• Translate design principles into scalable product requirements and components.
• Develop a prioritization framework balancing value, impact, effort and reuse.
• Maintain a roadmap for component development and sequencing.
• Drive alignment across product teams to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
• Explore AI-assisted approaches for pattern identification and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve product analytics and usability metrics.
