Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Technical Team Lead and Product Owner for the Qlik Replicate platform. You will oversee design, development and support, aligning data integration strategies with enterprise goals.
This role requires coordinating with architects, DBAs and security teams across global sites. You will drive platform health, governance, and roadmap while partnering with the vendor to push new features and enhancements.

This position is a team member of the Caterpillar IT Data Integration team, serving as a Product Owner and Technical Team Lead for Qlik Replicate. This role is accountable for the overall health of Caterpillar’s Qlik Replicate platform and usage, including governance of product architecture, promotion of standards, recommending future capacity needs, and collaborating with our vendor to influence new enhancements and features.

Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $183,140.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
