Position Overview

The Product Owner leads a software delivery team, prioritizing work, defining user needs, and managing releases. The role collaborates with stakeholders, product teams, and QA to create user stories, test plans, and deliver high‑quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and develop execution plans.
• Translate product initiatives into functional user stories and release schedules.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the delivery team.
• Support Scrum Masters and Technical Leads in directing, motivating, and maintaining team focus.
• Assist BA/QA professionals in developing test plans, scripts, and testing organization.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear communication with Program and Portfolio Managers and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software development practices and procedures.
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools (DevOps, JIRA, Rally).
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.

Work Arrangement
