OEC is seeking a Product Owner for the Collision team to drive the product roadmap from concept to market. You will partner with engineering and UI/UX to refine requirements, translate visions into actionable features, and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product owner role for software
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to audience
• Strong analytical and business acumen to define problems and opportunities
• Experience partnering with customers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain a groomed product backlog for assigned scrum teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to keep teams aligned and on schedule.
• Prioritize features to achieve COLLISION product vision.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria for features.
