Job summary

BETSOL, based in the Denver/Broomfield area, seeks an experienced Product Owner for a Cloud CCaaS and Data Platform. You will own the backlog, write implementation-ready user stories, and drive prioritization across multiple delivery teams in a fast-paced cloud environment.

The role focuses on CCaaS capabilities, voice and digital engagement, analytics, and agent experience, with SAFe-aligned planning and strong collaboration with operations, engineering, and product teams in the US and India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM or Agile delivery, including 3+ years supporting cloud-based technology platforms.
• Must own backlog and grooming end-to-end.
• Able to independently write implementation-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-enterprise facilitation and prioritization experience.
• Experience leading PI Planning and quarterly planning events.
• CCaaS/contact center technology experience.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customer experience and contact center transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Contact Center cloud/data platform backlog.
• Lead backlog refinement and grooming sessions across multiple delivery teams.
• Ensure a continuous pipeline of implementation-ready work for engineering teams.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, technical debt, compliance activities, and operations improvements.
• Establish backlog health standards and prioritization frameworks.
• Balance priorities across business, operations, architecture, infrastructure, and engineering.
• Translate business demand into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Partner with CCaaS IT product owners, architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets Definition of Ready and support requirements workshops.
• Facilitate PI Planning and cross-team dependency resolution.
