We’re looking for a Product Owner to:

• provide leadership for the transformation of the eSignature program for UBS Bank USA
• develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap that are aligned to broader strategic goals
• oversee delivery for program milestones, commitments and OKRs
• be the voice of the client within an agile scrum team and liaise with key internal and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and delivery
• prepare and deliver portfolio updates and coordinate reviews and approvals with legal, risk, compliance, and other control functions
• maintain awareness of technology advancements to continue to extend eSignature capabilities assess the market and competitive landscape
• build and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories
• solicit feedback to continuously enhance the experience and drive adoption efforts
• understand the end-to-end client journey and how your product solves pain points along that journey
• ensure clients have a high quality product experience by performing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defects, and facilitating timely resolution of production issues
• lead certain ceremonies, develop launch plans and collaborate with stakeholders on communications, marketing, and training

Your team

The Field & Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. As a Product Owner joining the Client Self Service & Enablement team in Weehawken, NJ, you will be responsible for enhancing our eSignature capabilities by collaborating with the vendor and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders in an agile environment.

Your expertise

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• ideally 5+ years of Wealth Management experience
• experience in digital product management, working on agile scrum teams as a product manager or product owner
• proven success delivering complex, digital products to clients within the financial services industry
• translation of client needs into technology-driven solutions
• highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic
• ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts
• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• strong analytical and issue-resolution skills
• strong interpersonal skills – freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively
