Magnify is searching for experienced Product Owners to define, manage and deliver CIAM solutions for our client; effectively improving the customer experience while maintaining strong security and compliance. You'll work closely with engineering teams, UX professionals, and business leads to ensure product outcomes meet evolving customer and organizational needs. Success in this role hinges on your grasp of identity technologies, security protocols, and agile delivery methods.

Position: Product Owner (CIAM)

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time

Salary: Based upon experience level and position level

The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) concepts, customer needs and current trends in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a delivery team to produce customer-driven features that add measurable business value.
• Coordinate with peer Product Owners and leadership to uphold a clear product direction, manage a prioritized backlog, and address roadblocks to timely delivery.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve the product and its development lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture that reflects agile values and principles.

Position Requirements:

• Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) with deep expertise in digital identity and access control systems.
• Provides product leadership informed by practical experience with agile methodologies and scaled delivery environments.
• Designs strategic solutions that span functional areas and align with long-term organizational goals.
• Accountable for specialized product development support based on sound product expertise and knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles and practices
• Interprets industry trends and internal priorities based on current challenges to recommend enhancements to systems, processes, or customer experience.
• Acts as a key decision-maker for product direction, resolving complex challenges and guiding innovation.
• Regularly communicates nuanced topics in a business-relevant way to influence stakeholders and secure alignment on priorities.
• Operates independently while mentoring others in their area of specialty.

Qualifications for consideration:

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 3 years in a product-focused or agile delivery role
• 3-5 years experience with Jira
• Experience with orchestration tools such as PING, Figma etc.
• Strong experience with SQL, Excel, Microsoft Suite
• Agile product ownership certifications (such as CSPO) highly preferred
• Scaled agile framework (e.g., SAFe) experience or certification is an advantage
• Project management experience is considered a plus
