About the role:

As a Principal Project Manager at Serrala Group, you will manage the complete lifecycle of large, international projects, focusing on NA clients, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. This involves financial software implementation across various business areas.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with go-to-market plans and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage a prioritized product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure understanding among the development team.
• Plan sprints, define user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Participate in daily activities and Agile ceremonies to ensure product development aligns with vision and plan.
• Translate high-level strategies into detailed requirements for the development team.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance for customers.

What makes you excel in this position:

• 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience with data-driven decision making using analytics tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Technical Communication, or a related field.
