BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB, focusing on the BMx systems that enable critical logistics and maintenance operations.

You will own the product backlog, working with Government stakeholders, SMEs, Help Desk personnel, Scrum Masters, System Architects, and DevSecOps leadership to align priorities with mission requirements, modernization objectives, and cybersecurity needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of enterprise application support experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Agile backlog management, requirements analysis, user story decomposition, operational workflow analysis, enterprise system sustainment, and functional mission support.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and Scrum Product Owner certifications preferred.
• Functional experience in maintenance, logistics, or PMEL environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the product backlog owner for assigned BMx systems or capability areas.
• Work with Government stakeholders, Functional SMEs, Help Desk personnel, Scrum Masters, System Architects, and DevSecOps leadership to align backlog priorities with mission requirements, maintenance workflows, PMEL operations, modernization objectives, cybersecurity requirements, and cloud migration activities.
• Responsible for backlog refinement, user story prioritization, acceptance criteria development, technical debt prioritization, modernization sequencing, and release alignment.
• Balance sustainment demands, emergent deficiencies, modernization initiatives, and operational priorities to help Agile teams deliver the highest value without disrupting mission-critical workflows.
• Support modernization evaluation, assesses operational impacts, prioritizes technical debt, and coordinates release readiness activities affecting maintenance scheduling, calibration workflows, readiness reporting, and enterprise logistics operations.
